Shipping policy

Standard/ Economy Shipping

Orders placed are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after your order confirmation email. This excludes orders placed on weekends and holidays which may be processed on the proceeding business days. Once you receive an order confirmation you may receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow the standard 5-7 business days to receive your order after it is placed. Any potential delays, may be due to a high volume of orders placed within a specific time frame or may simply be due to unforeseen problems with postal or delivery service.

Shipping Delays 

Please note you may experience shipping delays due to labor shortages and increase orders due to the pandemic.

Holiday Delays 

Please note you may also experience shipping delays due to the busy holiday season. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10.00 flat rate shipping

For discounted shipping: Discounted shipping may be offered for a limited of time only during specific dates, promotions, events, holidays, etc. Discounted shipping if offered will be automatically applied or applied by entering discount code at time of order.

International Shipping

We apologize for any inconvenience but currently we do not offer shipping outside of the United States and Canada.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within of 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@harleon.com with your name and order number and we will provide assistance by looking into for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note some carriers have limitations when it comes to shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis and there is a non-refundable fee for shipping and handling on item or items returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@harleonshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Issue with order
In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged or defective or if you received the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@harleonshop.com with your name and order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item(s). Please note we will address these matters on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
