Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please note we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size, incorrect color, change of mind, or no longer needed. Our products are uniquely designed and made to order based on style, size and personal preference. Any item(s) that needs to be returned or exchanged based on our negligence will be determined on a case-by-case basis and there is a non-refundable fee for shipping and handling on that item or items returned.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How To Start A Return
When your order is delivered, you should receive a post-delivery email notification asking you for your feedback on the items ordered in your recent delivery. Click on the button to begin your order feedback. You will then have the option to “Leave A Review” or Report A Problem.” Select the issue provide, feedback, and upload photos supporting the problem. You will receive an electronic notification from our service team letting you know that we will be working to resolve the issue.
If you have not received a post-delivery email notification after your order was delivered. To start a return, you must contact us at customerservice@harleonshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first reporting a problem and/or requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note we will not be held responsible if order shipping details are incorrect or if you (the customer) ordered the wrong size, color or simply change your mind about the product. Customers are responsible for putting in the correct shipping information and choosing the correct sizes and color options. Most of our products are uniquely designed and made to order based on style, size and personal preference. We highly suggest using the sizing charts and double checking to make sure your order details and shipping information is correct before completing an order. Again, any refunds, returns, or exchanges that need to be made based on our negligence such as damages or wrong items shipped, we take full responsibility in getting it resolved for our customers. That process will be handled according to our fully disclosed Return Policy and determined on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team. Thank You!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged or defective or if you received the wrong item, please start a return via your orders post-delivery email notification or email us as soon as possible at customerservice@harleonshop.com with your name and order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item(s). Please note we will address these matters on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, exchanges are only offered in the event that your item(s) arrive damaged or defective or if you received the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@harleonshop.com with your name and order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item(s). Please note we will address these matters on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
Exchanges
Once it is confirmed and determined that your item(s) was received defective or that the wrong item was shipped to you. You have the option of either waiting for us to receive the item(s) back to our warehouse and we will replace the order for you or you (the customer) can either replace the order online while waiting to receive a full refund including the cost of shipping from us (the merchant) for the defective or wrongly shipped item(s). This will complete the approved exchange for that particular order.
